90-1-143. Definitions. As used in 90-1-141 through 90-1-147, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Center' means the financial assistance center provided for in 90-1-144. (2) 'Financial assistance' means loans, grants, and tax credits or incentive programs offered by the state to facilitate economic development activities and infrastructure development, repair, or replacement.
