§ 90-1-161

90-1-161. Definitions. As used in 90-1-160 through 90-1-164 and 90-1-167 through 90-1-169, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Heritage and cultural tourism resources' means sites, districts, routes of travel, objects, artifacts, or collections with demonstrable cultural, artistic, architectural, folkway, historic, prehistoric, or traditional qualities.
