90-4-1216. Remedies. The provisions of this part and any resolution or contract are enforceable by a bondholder or contracting party in a court of competent jurisdiction by mandamus or other appropriate suit, action, or proceeding. History: En. Sec. 11, Ch. 378, L. 2007.
