90-5-211. Declaration of policy. It is hereby declared that the people of Montana are opposed to: (1) the placement of MX missiles in Montana; and (2) any further testing, development, or deployment of nuclear weapons by any nation. History: En. Sec. 1, I.M. No. 91, approved Nov. 2, 1982.
