90-7-212. Purchase of bonds by authority. The authority may purchase its bonds or notes. The authority may hold, pledge, cancel, or resell such bonds or notes, subject to and in accordance with agreements with bondholders or noteholders. History: En. Sec. 15, Ch. 703, L. 1983.
