14-138. Ordinances; how proved.All ordinances of a city of the metropolitan class may be proved by a certificate of the city clerk under the seal of the city, and when printed or published in book, pamphlet, or electronic form, and purporting to be published or printed by authority of the city council, shall be read and received in all courts and places without further proof.Source Laws 1921, c. 116, art.
