14-229. Officers, employees; exercise of political influence; violations; penalty.Any officer or employee of a city of the metropolitan class who, by solicitation or otherwise, shall influence directly or indirectly any other officers or employees of such city to adopt such person's political views shall be guilty of a Class IIIA misdemeanor.Source Laws 1921, c. 116, art.
