18-1914. Violations; penalties.Any person violating sections 18-1901 to 18-1913 or any lawful ordinance or rules and regulations authorized by such sections shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars nor less than fifty dollars for each and every violation thereof.
