18-612. Bonds; vesting of powers.On the approval of a bond issue pursuant to section 18-610, the mayor and city council or village board of trustees shall be vested with all the powers provided for them in sections 18-601 to 18-614, without such powers having been specifically mentioned in the ordinance authorizing construction of subways and viaducts pursuant to section 18-601.Source Laws 1935, Spec.
