18-613. Department of Transportation; construction contracts authorized.The Department of Transportation shall be authorized to enter into contracts for the construction of viaducts or subways, in accordance with plans and specifications approved under section 18-601, immediately upon the approval by the voters of the issuance of bonds under section 18-610.Source Laws 1935, Spec.
