2-15,100. Water planning and review; how conducted; assistance.The state water planning and review process shall be conducted under the guidance and general supervision of the director. The director shall be assisted in the state water planning and review process by the Game and Parks Commission, the Department of Agriculture, the Governor's Policy Research Office, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Environment and Energy, the Water Center of the University of Nebraska, and the Conservation and Survey Division of the University of Nebraska.
