2-1812. Applicability of sections.Section 2-1807 and subdivision (2) of section 2-1810 shall not apply to the shipping or utilizing of seed potatoes grown in Nebraska and planted in the state by the grower or shipper.Source Laws 1969, c. 20, § 4, p. 187.
