2-4208. Administrator; appointment; duties; members; expenses.The board of directors shall appoint an administrator who shall be an employee of the corporation, but not a member of the board, and who shall serve at the pleasure of the board and receive such compensation and benefits as shall be fixed by the board. The administrator shall administer, manage, and direct the affairs and the activities of the corporation in accordance with policies and under the control and direction of the board. The administrator shall approve all accounts for salaries, allowable expenses of the corporation or of any employee or consultant thereof, and expenses incidental to the operation of the corporation. He or she shall perform such duties as may be directed by the members in carrying out the Conservation Corporation Act. Members of the board of directors and any employees of the corporation shall be reimbursed for expenses as provided in sections 81-1174 to 81-1177.
