2-4225. Acceptance of money; when.The corporation shall have the authority to accept money from any county or any natural resources district, and any other funds, including private funds, solely for the purpose of reducing the interest on conservation loans or in specific geographic areas wherein lies a designated critical need for conservation practices.Source Laws 1981, LB 385, § 25; Laws 1983, LB 20, § 12.
