2-4232. Bonds; signatures of prior officers or members; validity.In the event that any of the officers or members of the board of directors shall cease to be members or officers of the corporation prior to the delivery of any bonds or coupons signed by them, their signatures or facsimiles thereof shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if such members or officers had remained in office until such delivery.Source Laws 1981, LB 385, § 32.
