2-4233. Person executing bonds; not subject to personal liability.Neither the members of the board of directors of the corporation nor any other person executing the bonds issued under the Conservation Corporation Act shall be subject to personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof.Source Laws 1981, LB 385, § 33; Laws 1985, LB 387, § 17.
