2-4242. Expenses; how paid; liability of state prohibited.All expenses incurred by the corporation in carrying out the Conservation Corporation Act shall be payable solely from funds provided under such act, and nothing in such act shall be construed to authorize the corporation to incur debts, indebtedness, or liability on behalf of or payable by this state.Source Laws 1981, LB 385, § 42; Laws 1985, LB 387, § 18.
