23-1204.03. Deputies; counties having a population of more than 30,000 and not more than 200,000 inhabitants; additional deputy; salary.In counties having a population of more than thirty thousand inhabitants and not more than two hundred thousand inhabitants, there is hereby created the office of deputy county attorneys, and the county attorney of such county may at his discretion appoint additional deputy county attorneys for such county upon receiving the approval thereof by the county board.
