Revivor as to defendant; time; limitation.An order to revive an action against the representatives or successor of a defendant shall not be made without the consent of such representatives or successor, unless in one year from the time it could have been first made.Source R.S.1867, Code § 466, p. 471; R.S.1913, § 8034; C.S.1922, § 8975; C.S.1929, § 20-1413; R.S.1943, § 25-1413.
