28-466. University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine; duties; powers.(1) The University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine, when using cannabidiol for research, shall comply with the Uniform Controlled Substances Act regarding possession of controlled substances, record-keeping requirements relative to the dispensing, use, or administration of controlled substances, and inventory requirements, as applicable.(2) The University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine are authorized to pursue any federal permits or waivers necessary to conduct the activities authorized under sections 28-463 to 28-468.Source Laws 2015, LB390, § 8.
