29-120. Plea agreement; prosecuting attorney; duties.Prior to reaching a plea agreement with defense counsel, a prosecuting attorney, prosecuting a violation of a city or village ordinance enacted in conformance with section 60-6,196 or 60-6,197, shall consult with or make a good faith effort to consult with the victim regarding the content of and reasons for such plea agreement.Source Laws 1983, LB 78, § 3; Laws 1993, LB 370, § 11.
