32-1404. Initiative and referendum petitions; signers and circulators; requirements.A signer of an initiative and referendum petition shall be a registered voter of the State of Nebraska on or before the date on which the petition is required to be filed with the Secretary of State and shall meet the requirements of section 32-630.
