32-1406. Initiative and referendum petitions; principal circulator; name and address.The election commissioner or county clerk shall provide the name and address of the principal circulator of an initiative or referendum petition upon request. The principal circulator shall inform the election commissioner or county clerk of the name and address to be provided.Source Laws 1994, LB 76, § 388.
