38-1506. Sell, sale, or dispense, defined.Sell, sale, or dispense means any transfer of title or of the right to use by lease, bailment, or any other contract, excluding (1) wholesale transactions with distributors or dispensers and (2) distribution of hearing instruments by nonprofit service organizations at no cost to the recipient for the hearing instrument.Source Laws 2007, LB463, § 570; Laws 2009, LB195, § 24.
