44-3,127. Fine or penalty; collected by department; distribution.The Department of Insurance shall remit all money collected as a fine or penalty to the State Treasurer for distribution in accordance with Article VII, section 5, of the Constitution of Nebraska.Source Laws 1979, LB 196, § 2; Laws 2021, LB21, § 2.
