44-5309. Policy or contract; exemption from mandated benefits.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, every uninsured access coverage policy or contract shall be exempt from any and all mandated benefits which require coverage of any type of services or conditions.Source Laws 1991, LB 419, § 37.
