Issuing insurer; powers.An insurer issuing an uninsured access coverage policy or contract may enter into contracts to arrange for health services by certain providers, may limit the number and types of providers with which it contracts, and shall not be required to provide benefits for services furnished by providers who do not contract with the insurer.Source Laws 1991, LB 419, § 38.
