45-1043. Borrower's obligation; licensee; contacts limitation.Except as otherwise provided by the Nebraska Installment Loan Act or other law, a licensee shall not contact any individual who is not living, residing, or present in the household of the borrower regarding the borrower's obligation to pay a debt, other than the borrower's spouse, the borrower's attorney, another creditor, or a credit reporting agency.Source Laws 1979, LB 87, § 6; R.S.1943, (1998), § 45-173; Laws 2001, LB 53, § 71.
