45-352. Rules and regulations; adopt.The director shall have the power to make such general rules and regulations and specific rulings, demands, and findings as may be necessary for the proper conduct of the business licensed under the Nebraska Installment Sales Act, and the enforcement of the act, in addition thereto and not inconsistent therewith.Source Laws 1965, c. 268, § 19, p. 767; Laws 2007, LB124, § 38.
