46-199. Construction work; annual report by board of directors; duty of Director of Natural Resources.At least as often as once a year after organization, the board of directors shall make a report to the Director of Natural Resources of the condition of the work of construction, as to capacity, stability, and permanency, whether or not the plan of irrigation formulated under section 46-193 is being successfully carried out, and whether or not, in the opinion of the board, the funds available will complete the proposed works.
