46-751. Ground Water Management Fund; created; use; investment.All fees paid to the Director of Natural Resources pursuant to the Nebraska Ground Water Management and Protection Act shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Ground Water Management Fund which is hereby created and which shall be administered by the director. Any money credited to the fund may be utilized by the director for payments of expenses incurred in the administration of the act.
