Office; access to information and personnel; investigation.(1) The office shall have access to all information and personnel necessary to perform the duties of the office.(2) A full investigation conducted by the office shall consist of retrieval of relevant records through subpoena, request, or voluntary production, review of all relevant records, and interviews of all relevant persons.Source Laws 2015, LB598, § 6.
