Department; provide direct computer access.The department shall provide the Public Counsel and the Inspector General with direct computer access to all computerized records, reports, and documents maintained by the department in connection with administration of the Nebraska correctional system, except that the Public Counsel's and Inspector General's access to an inmate's medical or mental health records shall be subject to the inmate's consent.Source Laws 2015, LB598, § 13.
