Investigator, defined.Investigator means an employee of the Nebraska Brand Committee who is also a deputy state sheriff and has the duty, responsibility, and authority to enforce all state statutes pertaining to brands, brand inspection, physical inspection, electronic inspection, and associated livestock laws.
