66-1340. Board; accept property; powers.The board may accept gifts, donations, money, and services, including in-kind resources such as grain owned by the Commodity Credit Corporation and the United States Department of Agriculture. The board may take title to the Commodity Credit Corporation's inventories and use such commodities to carry out the Ethanol Development Act.
