66-2307. Education training courses; grants to community colleges and state colleges.The department shall establish procedures and criteria for awarding grants to community colleges and state colleges that implement education training courses designed to alleviate the workforce training needs of the nuclear and hydrogen industries based on the recommendations of the work group. The grants awarded by the department shall be used for equipment, curriculum, programming, or marketing needed to provide such education training courses.Source Laws 2023, LB565, § 40.
