68-1106. Committee; federal funds; grants; gifts; acceptance; disposition.The Governor may receive federal funds or any grants and gifts on behalf of the state for such purposes as are authorized by the provisions of sections 68-1101 to 68-1106. All federal funds, grants, and gifts shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and shall be used only for such purposes agreed upon as conditions for receiving the funds, grants and gifts.Source Laws 1965, c. 409, § 6, p. 1314.
