68-301. State Assistance Fund; created; investment.A fund to be known as the State Assistance Fund is created and established in the treasury of the State of Nebraska. Such fund shall consist of all money appropriated to it by the Legislature, allocated by the government of the United States, or donated or allocated from other sources. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.Source Laws 1935, Spec.
