71-15,102. City of the metropolitan class; commissioner; requirements.In the case of a city of the metropolitan class, (1) at least one commissioner shall be a member of a racial minority and (2) at least one commissioner shall have experience in the following professions: (a) Real estate development or management; (b) accounting, banking, or finance; and (c) law or business management.
