71-1795.02. Termination of prior compact.Section 71-1795 and the Nurse Licensure Compact contained in section 71-1795 terminate six months after the earlier of the date of legislative enactment of the Nurse Licensure Compact in section 71-1795.01 into law by no less than twenty-six states or December 31, 2018. The State of Nebraska shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Nurse Licensure Compact in section 71-1795 at the time the compact terminates under this section.Source Laws 2017, LB88, § 27.
