Maternal and Child Health and Public Health Work Fund; created; investment.There is created a Maternal and Child Health and Public Health Work Fund in the treasury of the State of Nebraska, to be administered by the Department of Health and Human Services for maternal and child health and for public health work, as provided by law. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.Source Laws 1935, Spec.
