71-2202. Maternal and Child Health and Public Health Work Fund; administration.The Department of Health and Human Services shall administer the fund for maternal and child health and public health services throughout the State of Nebraska. Seventy-five percent of the fund shall be used for maternal and child health activities in this state, and twenty-five percent shall be used for public health work, if such amounts are needed therefor.Source Laws 1935, Spec.
