71-7105. Critical Incident Stress Management Council; created; members; duties.There is hereby created the Critical Incident Stress Management Council. The council shall be composed of two representatives of the Department of Health and Human Services, the State Fire Marshal, the Superintendent of Law Enforcement and Public Safety, and the Adjutant General as director of the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency.
