72-2205.01. Administrator; additional services; authorized.The administrator, with the approval of the commission, may enter into agreements to provide additional facility-related maintenance, renovation, and operation services requested by agencies housed in the State Capitol. The charges collected from such agencies shall be placed in the Capitol Commission Revolving Fund. The administrator shall make payments for the costs associated with such additional services from the Capitol Commission Revolving Fund.Source Laws 2005, LB 684, § 2.
