72-2211.01. Capitol Commission Revolving Fund; created; use; investment.The Capitol Commission Revolving Fund is created. The administrator shall administer the fund. The fund shall consist of receipts collected pursuant to agreements between the commission and other entities as provided by law. The fund shall be used to support the operations of the commission. Any money in the Capitol Commission Revolving Fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.Source Laws 2005, LB 684, § 3.
