76-1608. Occupant's care, custody, and control of personal property.Unless the rental agreement specifically provides otherwise and until a lien sale under section 76-1607, the exclusive care, custody, and control of all personal property stored in a leased space remains vested in the occupant.Source Laws 2017, LB492, § 8.
