77-4403. Terms, defined.For purposes of the Good Life Transformational Projects Act:(1) Department means the Department of Economic Development;(2) Good life district means a district established pursuant to section 77-4405; and(3) Qualified inland port district means an inland port district created pursuant to the Municipal Inland Port Authority Act that is located within a city of the metropolitan class.Source Laws 2023, LB727, § 11; Laws 2024, LB1344, § 12.
