81-1170.04. Request for payment; form of vouchers.The Director of Administrative Services shall prepare blank forms of vouchers for use in all the state's departments and for the use of all manner of requesters to the state who receive their pay by warrants drawn by the director upon the State Treasurer, excepting requests examined, approved, and certified to the director by the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, as provided by law.
