81-12,185. Matching funds; receipt; conditions; payment.(1) Subject to section 81-12,188, an applicant shall, upon the applicant's project being selected for the program established under Title VII, Subtitle C, section 740 of Public Law 116-92 and the receipt of one billion federal dollars, be entitled to receive, from the State of Nebraska, three hundred million dollars as matching funds for the three hundred million dollars of private dollars received by the applicant by the end of the continuation period.(2) Subject to section 81-12,188, the state shall pay the available matching funds to the applicant on an annual basis.Source Laws 2020, LB1107, § 101.
