81-1353. Employee suggestion system; awards; paid from appropriated money saved.No agency, board, or commission shall receive additional appropriations to carry out sections 81-1346 to 81-1354 except the personnel division of the Department of Administrative Services which shall be allocated funds to administer such sections.
